As Founder and Executive Director of Ambition Preparatory Charter School, DeArchie brings over 15 years of experience in academic leadership, school operations, and program development. A University of Mississippi alumnus and Mississippi native, he has led Ambition Prep since 2017 — building community relationships, driving measurable gains in student achievement, and expanding the school into a successful K-12 institution. His previous leadership roles, along with national fellowships and published thought leadership, reflect his commitment to ensuring all students have access to a rigorous, high-quality education.
