About Tim Abram
Tim Abram, a native of Horn Lake, Mississippi, is an experienced education leader with more than 10 years dedicated to expanding opportunity for students.
Before joining MCSA, Abram worked for a host of national education organizations such as The Foundation for Excellence in Education (ExcelinEd), the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools, and Charter School Growth Fund. Additionally, he served as education policy fellow for U.S. Senator Chris Murphy and enjoyed a brief stint at an education technology company. He began his career teaching U.S. History at West Tallahatchie High School through Teach For America.
Abram holds master’s in Education Policy and Management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi, and is currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Abram lives in Southaven with his wife and two sons.
